Rick Warren, pastor of Saddleback Church, says, "A small group leader doesn't have to be a spiritual giant, a Bible scholar, or even a great orator. You just have to have a willing heart." Small group leaders are driving forces in guiding local artists closer to God in Jubilee Missions' weekly fellowship called "Jubilee Connect." Small group leaders do not necessarily have to be artists themselves, but they have the burden in their hearts to help guide and redeem those in the arts. Small group leaders are responsible for reaching out to prospective new members and visitors, and nurturing current members of the "Jubilee Connect" Artists Fellowship. Small groups leaders also act as liaisons to the leadership team of Jubilee Missions.

Responsibilities

Team leaders make their best effort to :
- Lead a small group at the weekly "Jubilee Connect" Artists fellowship. 
- Guide Godly discussions within the small group revolved around the Bible message delivered .
- Create an atmosphere of community and support.
- Discover members' strengths, talents and abilities and encourage them to use it for God's glory.
- Care for each member's spiritual wellbeing.
- Be sensitive to the needs of each member of the group.
- Make a conscious effort to include everyone in-group activities.
- Submit, cooperate, and support the leadership of Jubilee Missions.
- Attend monthly meetings with the leadership of Jubilee Missions.

TIME COMMITMENT:
- You can choose to dedicate your time to ministry in one of the following 3 seasons.
"Complete Season" -> September 2008-August 2009
"Partial Season" -> September 2008-April 2008 OR
"Summer Season" -> May 2008-August 2008

Every small group leader of Jubilee Missions have read and is in agreement with Jubilee Missions' Statement of Faith and Small Group Leader Covenant.
