Jubilee Missions team leaders are considered to have one of the greatest impact on Jubilee Missions members because team leaders oversee members in their specific tasks. In short, team leaders set an example and the standard for members to look up to. Team leaders are responsible for developing, maintaining and utilizing the full range of his/her departmental member’s potential. With his/her prior training and experience, the team leader is expected to make quick and accurate decisions in the best interests of the team and the ministry.
Every team leader of Jubilee Missions have read and is in agreement with Jubilee Missions' Statement of Faith and Team Leader Covenant.
Responsibilities
Team leaders make their best effort to :
- To lead an ensemble (choir/orchestra/band/dance/production team) as instruments through which the Holy Spirit works
- To plan, prepare and direct rehearsals and events.
- Create an atmosphere of community and support at each rehearsal and event.
- To include prayer, fellowship, and scripture in all rehearsals.
- Submit, cooperate, and support the leadership of Jubilee Missions.
- To attend monthly meetings with the leadership of Jubilee Missions.
- To encourage, help develop and reveal each member's fullest potential for God's glory
- To care for each member's spiritual wellbeing and reveal Godly discipline when needed
TIME COMMITMENT:
- You can choose to dedicate your time to ministry in one of the following 3 seasons.
"Complete Season" -> September 2008-August 2009
"Partial Season" -> September 2008-April 2008 OR
"Summer Season" -> May 2008-August 2008 |
